For over five decades, we have been bringing Vienna safely and comfortably to its destination. As a family business, we operate one of the largest, independent taxi agencies in the city and stand for reliability, personal support and innovative mobility solutions.
Our story
Taxi 31300 was founded by Balduin Norman on February 1, 1969 — out of the desire to modernize Vienna's taxi industry and make it fairer.
What began with a single taxi has developed into a pioneer in terms of service, technology and partnership with entrepreneurs. Today, Taxi 31300 is one of Vienna's most important mobility providers — with almost 700 vehicles, more than 50 employees and the aim of making mobility simply pleasant for everyone.
